• ご注文日(クレジット決済の場合)またはご入金の確認がとれました翌日より3日以内に発送いたします
※日時指定をいただいた場合もこれを100%保証するものではありません。あらかじめご了承くださいませ。
※店頭と在庫を共有しているため、商品の在庫が確保出来ない場合がございますのでご了承ください。在庫が確保出来ない場合は改めてご連絡させて頂きます。

返品・交換について

• 商品注文後の返品及び交換はお承り出来ません。また、下記のいずれかに該当する場合、商品に不備があった際も交換致しかねますのでご留意ください。

1. 到着から4日以上経過した商品
2. お直し、洗濯やクリーニングされた商品
3. 一度でも使用された商品(靴の試し履きは必ず室内で行っていただくようお願いします。
4. お客様のもとでニオイ(香水・化粧品・タバコ)が付着したり、汚損または破損た商品(ファンデーション、ペットの毛等の付着、付属品不足のお品)
5. 商品のタグ・ラベルを切り離したり、紛失された商品
6. ご返品される商品がお届け時の状態と異なっていた場合
7. 販売時に返品及び交換不可とされた商品(下着、水着、化粧品、セール商品、予約商品など販売ページ上に記載のある商品)

Shipping

Returns and Exchanges

2. Repaired, washed and cleaned items
3. Products that have been used even once (Please be sure to try on shoes indoors.

5. Detach product tags / labels or lost products
6. If the returned item is different from the state at the time of delivery
